Jonas de los Reyes is an online professional with more than 12 years of combined experience in product management, social media strategy, and community management.
He is a Co-founder and the Managing Director of Socialytics, Inc., a social media marketing agency focused in providing services for companies and brands who want to find, engage and form enduring relationships with their fans, followers and advocates. He is also currently the Managing Director of The Loop Digital Marketing, a strategic digital marketing agency with advertising agency creatives and digital PR capabilities.
Before venturing into the digital agency life, Jonas was the Country Manager for the Philippines of ThoughtBuzz Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based startup that provided social media monitoring and social customer relationship management products and solutions.
Prior to this, he was with Yahoo! Southeast Asia for almost 4 years in a regional role as Lead Community Manager where he led a team of community managers in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines to grow and deepen the engagement of Yahoo!’s communities in Southeast Asia.
Before joining Yahoo! he was with Yehey.com, a local Internet portal where he successfully spearheaded the launch of an online payment gateway and a Q&A knowledge-sharing site and also led pioneering efforts on community management and social media strategy for the company.
He has a B.A. degree in Communication Research from the University of the Philippines Diliman and finished some units in the Master of Business Administration program of De La Salle University Graduate School of Business.
Jonas is known for his passion in building relationships and connecting people with each other, with their interests and with brands and companies in unique ways through technology.
